Envision a connected team demonstrating trust and practicing open and honest communication. These are some important aspects to what it takes to be a high-performance team with a healthy team culture.
Growing and maintaining a high-performance team has been a challenge in 2020 and there have been major shifts to the landscape of how teams operate.
With these shifts, it is essential not only to focus on the goals of the organization and any immediate urgent matters, but who you are as a team in order to be able to get you there in a sustainable way.
You have trusted us to guide your in-person and experiential professional development and team building programs for 20 years, and we now offer engaging virtual programs.
Building high-performance teams can’t wait, your success as an organization, company, or team depends on it. Virtual programs are just another way to build strong and connected team relationships and give your team the tools they need to succeed.
Virtual workshops vary in length from 1 – 2.5 hours and some can be expanded into a 2 or 3 part series to allow your team to dig deep and continue learning and growing as a team. It has been a challenging year, so we are offering all virtual programs at 40-50% off our standard pricing. Add the extra layer of relating virtually and understanding ourselves as well as our teammates is critical to driving effective personal relationships.
The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® is a widely respected personality assessment tool for professionals and contributes to effective teamwork. Teams will learn more about the different aspects that contribute to EI and how under or over functioning qualities in various scales impacts our effectiveness both professionally and personally. Using breakout room discussions, interactive presentation, and discussion, each person will reflect and create an action plan that is relevant to them and how their deliberate action to grow can support the team. Appreciate and Celebrate the Team: Here’s to YOU!
It has never been more important to stay connected and recognize for your team for their hard work and commitment than in 2020. “Here’s to YOU!” is a great way to do both. Team points will be tallied from a series of engaging and competitive challenges using team breakout rooms and other virtual engagement tools to decide the most successful team. Learners Mindset: The Juggling Act
We have all been there…fatigue mixed with low energy and concentration. In contrast, you want your team to be fully engaged and in a learning mindset. Boost team energy and have some fun while learning a new skill that requires a learner’s mindset.
Juggling is taught to participants by breaking it down into small steps. In small breakout rooms, peers will practice and coach each other. All the principles used in learning to juggle are transferable to any number of new tasks and challenges your team faces. Participants will need to bring their own items to juggle…we recommend limes or hacky sacks. 😊 Download the one pager and contact us to learn more.
