Keeping Teams Connected While Working Remotely Is Critical

For many of us, life changed in mid-March. Remote work became the norm and team meetings, off site events, conferences and other in-person gatherings became a thing of the past; at least for now. Many teams have made the shift to remote work pretty smoothly and the slight dip in productivity has rebounded to almost normal again. The challenge now is to keep your teams connected and to support your team culture. In a past blog, we discussed when team building will be critical when teams can meet once again, but you can’t wait that long. Team building needs to be a constant focus for virtual and in-person teams.

Summit offers many different team building, training and keynote programs to help you keep your team connected and communicating well. You can see our options at this blog and on our website here.

Teams and individuals have done an amazing job adapting to this new reality, but culture, communication, relationships and collaboration are starting to suffer. Make sure you keep a focus on these areas to ensure your team continues to function well.
