Located just outside Gravenhurst this resort is nestled within ancient Pine forests with rocky cliffs, meadows and views for miles. The food is exquisite and the golf course is hard to match. This four-season resort offers great recreation opportunities all year round.

Sherwood Inn: The Sherwood Inn is a smaller boutique style inn with old world charm. This beautiful resort is located on Lake Joseph and will provide a serene and natural environment for your next meeting. Deerhurst Resort: This large resort and conference facility is located on Peninsula Lake just outside of Huntsville. Additional Places and Things to Do in Muskoka to Help Build Your Team

Summit offers many great team building options to give your team and meeting the boost it needs, but there are also many other great informal team building options in Muskoka.

Lifestyle is a primary reason for people to move to Muskoka. This laid back, outdoor oriented area has much to offer. The pace is slower than the city, the people are friendly, and there are many different groups and clubs to get involved with. Each town has a quaint shopping district with many shops owned by locals. There are many shops owned by or featuring local artists. There are spas, restaurants, fitness gyms, farmers markets, museums and more.

Water Adventures are abundant in Muskoka. The area is dotted with countless lakes that are great for swimming, fishing, canoeing, water skiing, paddleboarding, and so much more. You can book a sunset or dinner boat cruise, rent a jetski or a canoe, or do some paddleboard yoga. Muskoka is home to one of Canada’s most famous Provincial Parks Algonquin Park and the park offers endless waterways, lakes and rivers for canoeing and kayaking.

Land Adventures. You can explore Muskoka by land in so many ways. Algonquin Park and other parks and recreation areas offer hiking trails from short to long and from easy to technically challenging. You can go on an ATV tour or a guided horseback ride. Bikers will love the area for the variety of road and mountain bike rides. There are also more adventurous options from rock and ice climbing and zipline adventures.
