Mary Barry Senior Facilitator
Mary has been designing and leading Summit programs for over 10 years. She also works hard behind the scenes connecting with clients to find out more about their team building/training goals and then exploring ways that our programs can effectively deliver on them. With a background in HR that has focused largely on training and development, Mary is keenly aware of the impact that the well-being and happiness of “human capital” and employee engagement has on the bottom line of any organization.
Through her work as a corporate trainer, Mary has led team and leadership development events for groups in all areas of business. She has worked with small intact teams and large international teams from for-profit and not-for-profit organizations. She consistently shows her innate ability to connect and relate to people at all levels within an organization.
Mary facilitates programs with humour and style in a way that consistently engages groups as they learn about themselves. Mary is a certified facilitator in Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI) and achieved her Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation.
Outside of work, she enjoys nothing more than spending time with her two beautiful sons, her husband of 20 years and, of course, “Lucky” the wonder dog. Mary also finds time to get out for the occasional motorcycle ride and is involved with “wreck rowing.”
